Services
US Premier Locksmith provides residential, commercial, automotive, and emergency locksmith services. All services are performed on a mobile basis at the customer’s location unless otherwise specified.
Service availability is subject to technician availability, location, traffic, weather conditions, and other factors outside the company’s control.
Estimates and Pricing
Any pricing provided by phone, text, email, or website inquiry is an estimate only. Final pricing is determined after an on site assessment by a technician.
Pricing may vary based on factors including lock type, vehicle make and model, complexity of service, time of service, and condition of existing hardware. The customer must approve the final price before work begins.
Emergency and After Hours Services
Emergency locksmith services are offered when available. Response times are estimates and not guaranteed. Emergency, late night, weekend, or holiday services may involve additional fees.
Delays caused by traffic, distance, weather, or high call volume are not the responsibility of US Premier Locksmith.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide accurate information and confirm legal ownership or authorized access to the property or vehicle. Proof of ownership or authorization may be required prior to service.
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. US Premier Locksmith reserves the right to refuse service if authorization cannot be verified or if working conditions are unsafe.
Payments
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit cards, debit cards, or other approved methods.
Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees, service refusal, or legal action as permitted by law.
Cancellations and Service Call Fees
Cancellations should be made as early as possible. A service call or trip fee may apply if a technician has been dispatched or arrives at the location.
US Premier Locksmith reserves the right to charge service fees for late cancellations, denied access, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Warranty and Workmanship
US Premier Locksmith guarantees the quality of its workmanship. Warranty coverage applies only to labor performed and does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, tampering, or third party repairs.
Locks, keys, or hardware supplied by third party manufacturers are subject to manufacturer warranties only.
Limitation of Liability
US Premier Locksmith is not responsible for pre existing damage to locks, doors, frames, vehicles, or related hardware. Some services may require drilling or force due to lock condition or security design.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
